2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund period for new users. If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment. Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please email our support team with your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for the refund. Once reviewed and approved, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
